- đ Join our Bush Team: Seeking compassionate Home Infusion Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional care in Bush, LA.
Role and Responsibilities:
- đĄ Provide outstanding in-home infusion therapy, focusing on patient-specific care.
- đ Conduct various infusion treatments, such as IVIG, antibiotics, etc.
- đ Regularly assess patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed.
- đ Accurately record all treatment details in the EMR, adhering to healthcare standards.
- đ¤ Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure superior patient outcomes.
- 𧰠Maintain infusion equipment, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- đ Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy and health management.
Qualifications:
- đ RN degree with significant experience in infusion, or an IV Certified LVN/LPN background.
- đ Active RN license in Louisiana.
- â¤ī¸ Current CPR/BLS certification.
- đ Willing to travel locally within Bush.
- đģ Efficient in EMR and other healthcare software usage.
- đ Dedicated to providing high-quality care in the Bush community.
