Job Description
Clark Creative Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within our organization. The PM shall have full authority to act for the PM on all contract matters relating to daily operation of the contract. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and achieve business objectives.
Duties
- Develop and implement program management strategies, plans, and procedures
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction
- Conduct regular status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Evaluate project outcomes against established metrics and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
The PM shall obtain access to the Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) system, shall
respond to all ICE comments addressed to Preventative Maintenance (PM), The PM
shall provide replies to initiators of ICE comments and shall provide updates in the ICE
reporting system within 72-hours of receipt of comment. The PM shall provide quarterly
ICE data and reports, or as requested by the Government.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited College or University
- Proven experience in program management or related role
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS).
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management
