Our company seeks a Merchandiser to join our retail and wholesale forces! A Merchandiser will be responsible for organizing sales inventory in a well-planned manner.

The Merchandiser will also track what stocks come in and go out. This individual will be supervising the loading and unloading of stock as well.  

In addition to this, a Merchandiser should have an excellent ability to work in stressful conditions and possess excellent time management skills. You should also possess good reporting and analytical skills. We will be happy to guide you through the entire hiring process.

Merchandiser Responsibilities:

• Improving inventory management and procedures. 
• Preparing cost reports on a monthly basis. 
• Working collaboratively with other departments. 
• Ensuring a low risk of accidents on the work floor.
• Packing items for return along with shipping labels. 
• Helping the customer on the shop floor. 
• Providing excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. 
• Preparing and maintaining a log of all the products and supplies. 
• Operating various equipment required on the shop floor. 
• Adhering to all the safety rules and regulations. 
• Counting the stocks manually
• Systematically organizing the stock. 
• Identifying the defective products, if any. 
• Making use of inventory software to keep track of orders. 
• Ensuring the floor area is clean and tidy.  
• Keeping track of various products and supplies in the warehouse. 
• Loading and unloading the stock accordingly. 
• Preparing and utilizing a loss prevention strategy. 
• Coming up with a list of unused products from the stock.

Merchandiser Employment Requirements: 

• Proficient with MS Office Tools. 
• Excellent math and analytical skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Good dexterity and physical stamina. 
• Outstanding ability to lift heavy loads. 
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills. 
• Good verbal and written communication skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Good interpersonal skills. 
• High school diploma or GED. 
• Ability to work for long hours as well as on holidays.
