We are excited to add the beautiful Embassy Suites Pigeon Forge to our portfolio. We will begin our screening and interviews in the Fall 2023.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Guest Service Representatives to ensure guests experience top service and hospitality.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting guests with checking in/out
  • Assisting guests with reservations
  • Providing recommendations for local dining/recreation
  • Attend to guest requests

Experience:

  • Previous hospitality experience required
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service experience required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
