Position Summary:

A Technical Client Engagement Manager at AccelerEd assists in the follow-up, scheduling, proposal creation, presentations, and support of the Business Development Lead. They provide support as opportunities are identified ("farmer"). A Technical Client Engagement Manager works with AccelerEd Leadership to assist with delivery plans and provide project status updates.

They also support the Business Development activities within AccelerEd, delivering on our promise, creating great relationships, and providing a customer experience that leads to referrals and new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing key client relationships to ensure the overall success of implementations
  • Partner with stakeholders within AccelerEd’s Business Development, Support, and delivery leadership as a trusted advisor to address customer questions and manage issues related to the solution
  • Effectively assist in positioning our services prescriptive approach, negotiate reasonable timelines, and share team structure and expected outcomes as part of the business development process to close services business
  • Assist in understanding the solution options available to the customers and assist with engaging the right team to win the deal and drive customer's trust
  • Assist in accurately forecasting opportunities and pipeline
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting, documentation, and system information to ensure the business can be accurately forecasted
  • Assist with leveraging partners to develop mutually beneficial relationships while continuing to focus on customer success
  • Assist in remediation of customer problems, serving as a customer advocate to ensure problems are effectively and rapidly resolved

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • 15-20+ years of related experience delivering complex technology projects, managing all aspects of delivery
  • Project Management Professional Certification preferred
  • Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Customer/Partner Relationships, Product & Technology Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or technology
