Your position:

• Work with the sales team to ensure accurate invoice values.
• Interact with customers to verify payment amounts.
• Work with the sales team to research any discrepancies in payments.
• Work with the sales team to aggregate transaction information.
• Monthly reporting on all resolved issues.
