What you will be doing
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for actionable financial analysis enabling key stakeholders within the company to drive business performance.  This individual will have visibility to company strategy and financials and will be expected to successfully collaborate across teams while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive data. A successful candidate will challenge the status quo to drive insights on financial trends and opportunities for process improvement. This individual should be analytical, proactive, flexible, and possess a strong drive to meet and exceed expectations. 

  •   Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning 
  • Collaborate with department heads to prepare and analyze annual budgets and rolling forecasts 
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to support management decision-making 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, analyze financial performance, and identify areas for improvement 
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements 
  • Maintain sets of key performance indicators while working to automate  
  • Evaluate financial data and metrics to identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to mitigate risks and optimize financial performance 
  • Stay updated on financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting 

What you need to stand out
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, with a proven understanding of financial analysis and reporting 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
  • Deep experience using Microsoft Excel  
  • Expert knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial regulations 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-directed and highly motivated proactive approach to work
  • Able to work effectively under tight deadlines 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
