Built as a school in 1889 and named for George Washington the Washington School House has graduated to a new level of luxury. SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Ski Valet is responsible for all aspects of a guest’s experience, with the main focus on their ski preparation and access to the mountains. You will be in charge of all guest ski equipment and items. This is a broad overview of the position, but due to the intimate size of the Washington School House, you will be cross-trained is several different departments. Those will include but are not limited to, bell, valet, food and beverage and housekeeping operations.

Description of Duties:

• Shuttling guests to and from Deer Valley or Park City Mountain Resort
• Organizing all guest ski equipment before and after the ski day
• Assisting with all bell / valet operations
• Ensure shuttle vehicles are in pristine condition before each shift.
• Be in constant communication with the Front Desk to ensure that all guest’s cars are warmed up for departure and any snow is cleared off.
• Organizing and labeling skis for guests that arrive before they leave for the day.

Experience and Skills:

• Must be extremely knowledgeable about the trails, lifts and Park City area to accurately shuttle and direct guests to.
• Be on top of snow/weather conditions every day.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 25+ lbs.
• Must be guest-focused and go out of your way to ensure a guest is enjoying their stay.
• We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a passion for exceeding guest expectations and has great knowledge of the surrounding mountains.

Work Schedule: Weekends and Holidays will be required. Both FT and PT positions are available. Ski Valet is needed 7:30 am to 5 pm daily. Can be flexible with hours and shifts based on varying applicant availability.
