Production Operator - 2nd shift

We have a great opportunity for an entry level and experienced 2nd Shift Production Operators offering a $2 per hour shift differential and Sign-On Bonus!  You will have high integrity with the ability to make sound decisions to ensure the high-quality manufacture of our Animal Health products.

Your key responsibilities in this role would include:

• Operating assembly, packing, and labelling equipment, performing in-process checks to ensure products are manufactured to a high quality
• Troubleshooting mechanical problems and providing feedback to Engineer
• Maintaining a high level of housekeeping and cleanliness within the production area
• Ensuring all equipment used is cleaned, calibrated, and lubricated between batches
• Production batch documentation is completed accurately and in compliance to cGMP standards

You must have:

• Past production/manufacturing background in an GMP environment is strongly preferred 
• Have a good understanding of Health & Safety practices and a commitment to safety
• At least 3 years manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical / animal health, food or related industry is preferred but not required
• Great communication skills – both written and verbal
• Mechanical aptitude
  

This position is subject to a DEA background check post offer and at regular intervals.  This position is also required to complete a post offer drug test. Both the background and drug test must comply with company standards or offers of employment will be rescinded.

This is a 4/10 scheduled position. The position is Monday - Thursday 4p-2:30a. We are currently offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for the 4p-2:30a shift and it is provided a shift differential of $2 per hour.  Overtime and weekend hours may be necessary.
