Responsibilities

• Desk deals negotiating with the customer to obtain the maximum gross profit and close the deal
• Hire, train, and manage a team of salespeople
• Coach salespeople on best practices for closing deals and provide guidance to improve sales performance
• Set sales goals, track progress, and manage the team to achieve and exceed quotas.
• Train staff to perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process following company standards

Qualifications

• Previous dealership and management experience is required
• Leadership skills with a passion for training fellow employees
• Strong closing skills to attain maximum gross profit
• Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating price
• Knowledge in the use of CRM, DMS, and Desking tools required
• Quality customer service, communication, computer, and essential math skills
• Clean driving record & valid driver's license
