Summer Positions

Draper, Inc. has summer office and manufacturing positions available. Pay will be $18.50 per hour. Applicants who return from the prior year are eligible for a $.50 per hour wage increase. Positions will end around Labor Day.

Office openings include positions in Marketing and Engineering.

• Marketing positions
  • Variety of opportunities working in a full-service B2B marketing team involving several different products and markets. To be qualified, applicants have to be a student or recent graduate in marketing, writing, graphic design, or photography/videography, be self-motivated, and have strong communication skills. Academic credit may be available depending on the student's course of study.
• Engineering positions
  • Applicants have to be studying engineering and/or have experience with 3D CAD design.

Factory openings are available on both 1st and 2nd shift. 1st shift is 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Night shift is 3:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. Monday through Thursday. Overtime may be available and some of it may be mandatory.

• Any other applicants looking for seasonal work.

General requirements for summer employment

• Factory: At least 18 years old. If not in High School, have to either have a High School diploma or GED.
• Office: Still in High School or if out of school, have to either have a High School diploma or GED.
