To succeed, you should be able to lead a team to:
* Deliver great food, prepared to company standards. * Ensure adherence to all food safety standards. * Place, receive and store weekly orders for food, paper supplies, kitchen supplies & cleaning chemicals. * Maintain outstanding kitchen cleanliness and organization. * Participate in weekly/monthly inventories. * Maintain budgeted food cost. * Write weekly kitchen schedules. * Manage shifts to meet budgeted labor standards.

Requirements
* Eligible to work in the United States. * Minimum 1 year experience in a full-service, casual restaurant culinary management position. * Minimum 21 years or older. * Available to work nights, weekends and holiday shifts. * Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds. * Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment.
