This will be the perfect role for an excellent Rehabilitation Services Manager.

The Manager of Physical Therapy will report to the Director of Outpatient Services. The Manager will also work closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and cardiopulmonary therapists in order to provide efficient and high-end healthcare. 

The Manager of Physical Therapy will be working in a fast-paced environment with a tenured and experienced staff. This facility is run by some of the best healthcare providers in the region. This department offers a wide variety of services, from emergency care, to rehabilitation, to behavioral health. 

The Rehabilitation Services Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Rehab Services Department. The Manager will be responsible for developing cost-effective and high-quality services, staff education and oversight, budget preparation and maintenance, development of procedures and policies, and determining a patient’s participation in PT, OT, Speech Therapy, Acupuncture, and Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab.
