POSITION TITLE: Incident and Safety Administrator

REPORTS TO: Director of Safety and Asset Protection

FLSA: Hourly, Non-Exempt

COMPENSATION: $19.00- $22.00 per hour

PURPOSE

The Incident and Safety Administrator must have an eye for detail, be organized and consistent. The Safety Administrator (SA) is responsible for incident intake and club incident investigations. The SA collaborates with support teams to solve safety issues, coordinate audits and inspections, track corrective actions and incident data. Updates important safety information documents quarterly. This role is critical in achieving our goal of being the safest place to work.

 

EXECUTION DELIVERABLES

  • Intakes all incidents and assigns out any additional support needed for each incident
  • Coordinates safety audits and inspections with support teams
  • Provides weekly and monthly Incident Reporting to Leadership and Support Teams
  • Provides feedback to support teams to identify possible safety and security issues.
  • Submits Insurance Claims and works with adjusters to provide all information associated with the claim.
  • Works cross functionally to coordinate support on incidents that are considered "Critical Care."
  • Keeps Incident and Safety resources and tools updated.
  • Uses ASANA project management tool to manage incidents, workflows, schedule tasks and communicate status on projects.
  • Assists in communicating, upholding, and leading by example to deliver the "House of VASA" approach, purpose and foundation.
