What You'll Do
We are looking for a successful Client Service Associate who excels in an evolving organization and performs at a high level under variable workloads.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional client service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Work closely with financial advisors to prepare and process account paperwork, including new account openings, account transfers, and account maintenance.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, events, and educational seminars.
  • Maintain client records and files following regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with custodian partners (Fidelity, Pershing, Schwab) to ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions.
  • Help prepare client reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Monitor and track client-related tasks and follow-ups using our CRM system.
  • Perform general office tasks, such as ordering supplies, managing correspondence, and maintaining office organization.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in the Finance industry
  • Certified notary (or willing to become one)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
