Position Responsibilities

The candidate for this position should have high energy and be creative in order to assist the Support Services Operations team in delivering optimum, quality service. As an Intern to the Support Services Operations Team, you will offer entry level assistance in responding to customer requests for service using an internal case tracking system. Position requires good writing skills to respond to requests for service and to communicate customer issues.

Position reports to the Sr Director, Support Services Operations

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in 4 year undergraduate program
Good writing skills
Good communication skills
Ability to positively interact with team and respond in a positive fashion to requests for service
Must consult and work effectively with peers, manager , and cross business units as needed
Works under general supervision but must be able to work independently
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications
Attention to detail
