HR Operations Supervisor: This is where you come in.

We are seeking an accomplished HR Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic HR team! As the Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading and directing our HR operations team, offering mentorship, guidance, and partnership to the business. Your responsibilities include the oversight of daily HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, and fostering positive employee relations. Additionally, you will be instrumental in facilitating smooth collaboration between various HR operational units and internal departments. Key Milestones for a Heroic First Year Achievement:

  • Manage the creation and revision of HR policies to ensure alignment with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Ensure that HR practices are in full compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Supervise HR Union Specialist & HR Coordinator functions in support of a highly collaborative business partnership service model.
  • Provide employee relations support to the business in partnership with the HR Manager and HR Union Specialist.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to analyze HR data, uncover trends, patterns, and valuable insights.
  • Produce routine reports for management, presenting essential HR metrics and KPIs; Design and uphold PowerBI dashboards for live monitoring and visualization of HR analytics.
  • Manage the HR Information System (HRIS) to uphold data accuracy and ensure optimal system functionality.
  • Responsible for ongoing compensation management with the HR Manager with a focus on comprehensive job descriptions, compensation benchmarking and equity and effective employee communication practices.

The HR Generalist role reports to Tessa Tippett, HR Manager on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

You should have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations; experience leading a team
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS and proficiency in MS Office suite.

Compensation: $100,000 to $125,000 Annually
