About this job
Seeking an experienced lead property maintenance technician - Must be HVAC/EPA Certified. CPO certified is not required but would be a plus. Will be directing two property maintenance technicians and will report to property manager. Although this is a lead position, employee will still be expected to pitch in with physical work. Hours will be Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM and on call 10 days each month. Tools are provided by property but welcome to bring own. $20/HR or more depending on experience and qualifications. Will be eligible for a free apartment on property after employed with company for required amount of time.
