Manufacturing Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in LEAN, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methods used in manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

• B.S. Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 3 years of experience.

• Open to a candidate with an Associate degree but would need to have at least 5 yrs. of experience.

• Proven manufacturing expertise in the areas of Mechanical Assembly, Weld, and Fabrication.

• Must be able to organize and manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Must be able to plan strategically and lead the execution of the strategy.

• Experience with Manufacturing ERP/MRP systems (Oracle a plus) and 3D CAD systems (Inventor a plus).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing, creating, and continuously improving manufacturing processes with the operations group.

• Will also support the manufacturing operation with technical expertise and guidance regarding technology, processes, equipment, and continuous improvement.

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
