Customer Service - Healthcare

No experience is needed for this role, they just need good communication skills and the drive to help others. This is a temp to hire position as well. Responsibilities

- Assist patients with their durable medical equipment

- Answer questions on how to use equipment, help troubleshoot issues

- Assist patients with billing questions

- Order tracking updates

- General questions around equipment
