Job Description
Past & Present Towing & Recovery, Inc. is currently seeking one (1) full-time and one (1) part-time dispatcher to start immediately.
We are a 24/7 company that depends on reliability and dependability from our employees. Duties include:
- answering telephones quickly and professionally
- accepting and entering tow calls into dispatch system
- dispatching calls to drivers
- greeting customers
- releasing vehicles from tow lot
- light office cleaning
The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of the DC Metro area and be able to efficiently read a map. Must have general office experience and work well as part of a team. Must pass a Prince George's County Police background check.
