Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our Soliant network. As a virtual Special Education Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized instruction on a virtual platform and support students with diverse learning needs. Your passion for inclusive education and your ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment will make a significant impact on our students' academic and personal development.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on students' unique needs and goals.
Provide specialized instruction in accordance with IEPs, adapting teaching methods and materials as necessary.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes students' social, emotional, and academic growth.
Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and parents to develop and implement effective strategies and interventions.
Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting instruction and interventions as needed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student performance and progress.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on students' goals and progress.
Stay updated on the latest research, best practices, and legal requirements in special education.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Special Education (Master's degree preferred).
Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
Previous experience working as a Special Education Teacher or in a similar role.
Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
Ability to create and implement effective instructional strategies and interventions.
Strong munication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
