Shifts: 7:00am-7:00pm OR 7:00pm-7:00am Days: Rotating Schedule (Week 1 = M / T / S / S & Week 2 = W / Th / F) Weekends: Every other weekend Location: 725 S Pine St, Sebring, FL 33870 Compensation: $32.00-$36.00 ($30.00 PRN) Your Role in the Organization The primary purpose of the job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Must have valid CPR/BLS certification or be willing to obtain during orientation. Essential Elements of your Job * Lead and support all functions related to quality for care for our residences. * Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants. * Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies. * Complete processes and paperwork related to Admission, transfer and discharge of our residents. * Receive telephone orders from physicians and record on the Physicians Order Form. Transcribe physician's orders to resident charts, medication records treatment/care plans, as required. * Chart nurse's notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident's response to the care.
