Ideal candidates will be: * Currently licensed to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment, active and non-probationary * Experienced in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine * Current BLS/ACLS certification * Driven to and comfortable with managing a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions * Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics * Able to demonstrate interpersonal skills to be approachable and understandable to patients, families, and center team members * Confident in their ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs * Passionate about their work and energized by being part of a fast growingorganization * Comfortable traveling within the market to multiple centers within short distance of each other ArchWellHealth is an equal opportunity employer.
