As apart ofour Hospitality and Valet Team, you are the first and last impression for patients and guests during their hospital visit, which allows us to make a huge impact! In this Valet role, you will be the embodiment of customer service. Welcoming the patients & guests, assisting with unloading/loading of their vehicles, and assist individuals with mobility challenges, offering wheelchair and escort services as needed. Alongside your fellow team members, you will help elevate the patient experience!

Location
- Hackensack UMC Mountainside in Glen Ridge, NJ
- Full-Time employee will work five 8-hour shifts per week
- Days and Shifts will vary based on business needs and availability.
- Typical Shifts Range From
- Monday - Saturday
- 6:00am - 2:00pm
- 11:00am - 7:00pm
- Over the age of 18 years old
- Possess a valid in-state drivers license
- Possess a clean driving record as reported by the Motor Vehicle Commission
- High school Diploma or GED (Preferred not required)
- Will effectively build relationships with patients, guests, hospital staff, and your team
- Must prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, paying attention to surroundings and details
- Can stand during entire shift in an outdoor environment
- Will move with urgency and speed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to problem solve
- Must be able to speak, read, and write Standard English
- Bi-lingual (not required but a plus!)
- Drive a manual transmission (not required but a plus)
- Base pay of $15.13/hour plus tips (Up to $19/hr with tips!)
