Crystal city Beaufort SC, or an F-35 site with remote with SAPF access A typical day as a Senior Program Analyst -Pilot may include: May have development and budgetary responsibilities. Provides expertise to F-35 JPO Pilot Training systems. Typically working on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of a given program and performing all functional duties independently. Pilot Training Devices – assist Training Systems and Simulation PMO in overseeing the development and delivery of all Pilot Training Devices and in exploring future technology solutions that could potentially resolve existing technology limits within the training systems Pilot Training Courseware – assist Training Systems and Simulation PMO in producing the courseware used for classroom training to supplement the Pilot Training Devices. Must-haves: BS and 5 years of relevant work experience USAF or US Navy 5th or 4th generation Aviation training within the last 10 year Experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, in weapon systems acquisition and life-cycle management. Experience with Special Access Programs Extensive knowledge of Service Training Execution Up to 25% travel Leadership experience in US Service-related military operations or defense acquisition program management related to weapons system acquisition, employment, and life cycle management desired. PMP certificate, Operational Planner, and/or senior staff experience, is desired DoD Secret security clearance Skills crucial to success at AMEWAS, Inc.: Customer-focused attitude with high level of professionalism and discretion. Ability to work effectively with management and part of a team to meet targets. Is reliable, possesses initiative, and works well as an individual or part of a team. Physical environment and working conditions: The physical environment requires the employee to work in an office, sitting in a cubicle or at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday. Work is physically comfortable. The employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc. The employee may be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site. In some occasions, the employee may be required to report to offices or buildings near the work site. In rare occasions, overnight travel may be required.
