- High School Diploma
- A team player, willing to take a proactive approach to the administration of day-to-day office business.
- Strong, solid communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple restaurant functions.
- An independent thinker, able to manage and make decisions based on information gathered from appropriate resources.
- Ability to function with minimal direct supervision.
- Possess a valid driver's license, proper car insurance coverage, for business related travel.
