Manufacturing Technician

Our client, a fortune 500 company, is looking for a Lab Technician, for a 12 month contract,  As a Lab Technician,  you will apply  your strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to developing and applying particle processing and milling techniques.

Job Title: Manufacturing/Lab Technician

Location: Maplewood MN 100% onsite

Pay Range: $18 to $23 p/h w-2 depending upon experience

What’s the Job?

• Configuring, operating, and maintaining  equipment
• Measure the properties of and characterizing processed slurries
• Preform detailed record keeping and communication of technical work and results
• Following and developing standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
• Material handling, including lifting items, moving pallets, and completing other duties as assigned

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year experience in a mechanical or manufacturing environment
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately and strong organizational and time management skills.
