Number of Open Positions: 2 FT PM

Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1 to 3 usually

Credentials Required: RN

Pending License: Yes, will be considered

Facility Size: 46 Bed

Scrub Color: Gray recommended but not required

Shift: PM (1800-0600)

Union Facility: No

Details of the Unit:

• Average Census: 50-60 patients daily
• Floating Requirements: None; set schedule
• Culture of Unit: Team-centered (motto: No One Sits Until We Can All Sit)
• Total FTE’s: Staffed with 4 AM, 1 mid, and 4 PM nurses per shift, along with tech and clerk support.

Experience:

• RN license required
• 1 year of nursing experience recommended but not required
• Will consider new grads based on interpersonal skills and favorable recommendations

Differentials: 5% evenings, 10% nights
