The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for actively driving and managing the post sales process and partner growth with MSSP partners. The TAM must be able to articulate the company's technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Must be able to identify all technical and business issues of the partners' customers to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide product and technical support for assigned partner MSSP accounts
  • Able to drive results of stated goals and KPIs.
  • Identify and develop potential new business opportunities
  • Convey customer requirements to Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams
  • Provide functional and technical support to partners
  • Respond to partner questions on technical and business related issues
  • Deliver high-level and detailed sales and Product presentations
  • Collaborate and support partner organization on partner development needs such as training, upsell opportunities, or customer renewal challenges.
  • Experience with partner forecasting developing internal processes and prowess driving forecast accuracy with key partners
  • Ability to leverage SFDC, PRM and other internal tools, data, metrics, and trends to proactively manage the MSSP partners
  • Activate partners in a managed service program driving growth and customer success through partner consulting and managed services.
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator driving consensus and resolution to challenges
  • Build partner executive relationships with key partners
  • Conduct effective weekly cadence with key partners measuring progress, challenges, or opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with strong knowledge in Cybersecurity and compliance space: Vulnerability Management, Policy Compliance, Network Scanners, PCI, Policy Compliance and Audit Tools, other enterprise security solutions
  • Knowledge in variety of Federal Regulatory Compliances a plus: .
  • Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in response to emails, RFPs and when submitting reports
  • Must be comfortable interacting at all levels within partner and customer organizations, i.e., from C-level to front-line technical staff
  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
  • 5-7 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experienced with SFDC, Microsoft applications, and MSSP portals
  • 'Big 4' or similar consulting experience a plus

Annual Salary Guidelines: $145,000 - $200,000 [OTE]
