Reporting to the Vice President of Quality, the Quality Director will help to strengthen quality, risk, and performance improvements throughout the facility. This Director will work closely with amazing multidisciplinary leaders, including nursing directors and medical professionals. Working below the Quality Director is a Quality Manager and multiple Quality Analysts. 

The Quality Director spearheads initiatives to enhance JCAHO protocols. This person will oversee a team of skilled individuals who are responsible for the satisfaction of patients and teh reputation of the facility. Besides overseeing the education and training of the staff, the Director will also track the financial performance of the department.
