About this job
We are hiring General Laborers to work for a local company in Eldon, MO.
Job Duties could include:
- Grind all welds down and polish railing.
- Keep track of footage of railing or material you have grinded.
- Match the number of pieces to the cut sheet.
- Make sure each piece of railing has a tag on it with the correct job name, piece # and color.
- Ensure each piece of railing is ready for powder coat per company standards.
- Keep all tools in good working order.
- Power wash all rails and prep them for powder coating.
- Check Quality of rails before powder coating and after powder coating.
- Keep track of powder inventory levels
- Track chemical levels and how much is being used to help control cost.
- Communicate with Management on any issues.
- Keep the area clean and free of all tripping hazards.
- Cleaning of Powder Coat Booth/wash bay/ and oven
- Following all safety measures
- Help wherever is needed to help meet the needs of clients and Edge.
Preferred Skills
Read a tape measure.
Use Handheld tool – Hammer, Screw Drivers, Ext.
Use battery operated hand tools- Drills, Impacts, Grinders, ext.
Hours: 6am – 4:30pm Monday – Thursday 10-hour days
Pay: $15.00/per hour
