Sheet Metal Foreman

To meet our growth goals, we are adding a Sheetmetal Mechanic Foreman to the team. In this role, the Sheetmetal Mechanic Foreman is a leader on the job and responsible will primarily work on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, with a focus on ductwork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinate and supervise daily activities of a 2-to-7-person crew. Job Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years of experience working with ductwork or Sheetmetal installations.
• Experience leading and directing people and resources as needed within the project scope.
• Experience making plans and estimates for materials needed on the job.
• OSHA 10 certification
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical school certificate or completed apprenticeship (preferred)
• Diligence, attention to detail, and highly organized
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

This role will also require travel to work sites in the DMV area, which is 100% of the role.
