Responsibilities:
- Experience supporting Federal organizations with disaster recovery and continuity of operations including planning, testing, and optimizing plans and capabilities
- Experience planning, implementing, and supporting data replication approaches
- Experience planning, implementing, and supporting fail-over site planning including cold, warm, and hot site approaches
- Experience researching, planning, implementing, and/or supporting cloud-based disaster recovery-oriented services
- Certifications in disaster or continuity planning or equivalent experience
Qualifications:
- Conducting risk and/or vulnerability assessments associated with fire protection and security;
- Providing guidance, present detailed reports and findings, and/or rendering recommendations and plans in support of continuity and operational planning;
- Developing new approaches or methods for use by Operational staff related to emergency preparedness planning and disaster recovery program for the full spectrum of emergencies.
- The documentation must indicate whether the duties were performed full time or, if part time, the "percentage of times" the other duties were performed.
- Beginning and ending dates of appointment
- It is your responsibility to ensure your responses and appropriate documentation is submitted prior to the closing date.
- Experience with USAF IT environment.
- TS/SCI Security Clearance is required.
