Legal Support Specialist

We are seeking full-time Support Specialists to join our team!

As a support specialist, you will play an integral part performing clerical and administrative functions that support and drive the firm's success.

Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Answer and respond to client and potential client correspondence
• Plan and schedule appointments
• Manage and maintain organized filing systems
• Perform other office tasks by way of mail, phone calls, faxes, printing and scanning documents, etc.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in legal support or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
