Hotel Turndown Attendant

This is a full time position, $16.50/hour

2:00 pm - 10:30 pm

• Communicates with guest requests to an appropriate supervisor in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform satisfactory routine housekeeping duties in guest rooms, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and straightening: cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, replacing linens and towels, and replenishing amenities, etc.
• Perform satisfactory turndown services in guest rooms, including emptying trash, removing used service items, removing bed covers, turning down bed linens, closing shutters, and turning on bedside light, etc.
• Notify Supervisor of rooms refusing turndown service or showing a privacy sign.
• Report any deficiencies and maintenance needs in guest rooms.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of linen closets.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled and assigned.
• Follow all policies and procedures of Nicewonder Properties.
