Schedule Details: Needs to be able to work 7 days a week including holidays.

A career as an In-House Sales Executive entails conveying Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and programs to our owners and potential owners in order to build the maximum net sales volume while upholding a professional and ethical portrayal of the company.

  • Welcome clients and present luxury vacation ownership products to potential buyers. Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer happiness.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise.
  • Attend all sales training and sales meeting for key information on product and related updates.
  • Use selling concepts prompted at Hilton Grand Vacations.
  • Perform follow-up interactions to complete a sale with Guests and Owners online using appropriate HGV technology and adhering to HGV inventory selling guidelines.
  • Generate referral leads with each new customer.
  • Promote a positive work environment and adhere to Hilton Grand Vacation core values and policies.
  • Work well in a team environment.

Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to the collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

We believe that at the core of our company’s success are our Team Members! To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Valid Real Estate license for current state acquire ability to obtain one within the first 45 days of employment
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • 1 year or more of proven experience in sales
  • Having the flexibility to work on weekends and during holidays
  • Ability to resolve complex customer service issues
  • Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking)
  • High School Diploma

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Current Real Estate license holder.
  • 2+ years of previous timeshare/vacation ownership experience preferred.
  • Two years of proven track record negotiating and closing high-end sales.
