This Apprentice Pest Control Technician position comes with above industry pay that is NOT commission-based. Starting pay is $16.00 Hours in the first year and it only goes up from there!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN APPRENTICE PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN

As an Apprentice Pest Control Technician, you are the face of our company, and your primary focus is to exceed customer expectations! You arrive at each client's home or business on time and are ready for action. Whether performing regular maintenance or tackling challenging issues, you are someone who is driven to do the job well even when no one is looking. If you love working independently and being
outdoors this is the job for you!

Your calm, helpful demeanor puts clients at ease as you assess any problems and devise a personalized solution. You take pride in your work. You enjoy interacting with people and get great satisfaction out of helping them safely keep their homes pest-free!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ENTRY-LEVEL PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass drug and background checks
• Above-and-beyond customer service skills
• Physical ability to complete tasks associated with the job (you're not carrying boulders, but it is a physical job) that will include Kneeling, crawling, and climbing at times
• Ability to work in a variety of temperature conditions and in attics and crawl spaces

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time entry-level position works 40+ hours a week year-round. The typical schedule would be
Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with occasional Sundays in our busy season. We never work
Saturdays!
