Position: Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician will perform assigned maintenance functions and duties in both a proficient and efficient manner while representing the organization with humility, integrity and accountability

Scope of Responsibilities:

Successfully complete assigned work orders in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.

Proactively identify and communicate potential property maintenance issues to respective Granite management for follow-up and corrective action.

Experience / Knowledge and Prior Working History in the following Maintenance Disciplines:

• HVAC
• plumbing
• electrical
• drywall repair and replacement
• woodworking
• pipe fitting
• sheet metal
• operation of heavy machinery
• demolition and remodeling
• masonry (block, brick, concrete, etc.)
• Report to and consult closely with Maintenance Manager
• Maintain assigned company-owned vehicle in a safe and clean working order
• Capacity to work overtime during periods of high volume activity
• All other duties, as assigned

• Proficient in craft
