Job Summary:
We are looking for multiple CNC Machinists for all shifts. The CNC Machinists will be required to setup, operate, troubleshoot & monitor CNC Machining Centers to produce a variety of complex, precision machined components by following written and oral instructions.

1st Shift Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-2:30am with Shift Differential
Weekend Shift Friday-Sunday 5:00am-5:00pm with 4 bonus hours after working 36 and shift differential.
Departments: Lathe and Milling
We manufacture components for aerospace, defense, semiconductor and medical to name a few. We are very experienced with all types of alloys, including stainless steels, titanium and Inconel, plastics, and special processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review blueprints and/or written specifications for a job
- Write programs and apply machine tool math
- Understand and monitor the feed rate and speed of machine
- Set-up controls and make the cuts to make machined parts
- Ensure machine is working properly through standard preventative maintenance procedures
and to make certain machine is properly feeding, cutting, cooling and lubricating part while in
operation - Utilize specialized inspection tools to check tolerances
- Understand and maintain QC procedures
- Work within a visual Lean Manufacturing Environment/System; maintain as clean and safe
work environment - Understand and follow all ISO procedures
- Must follow procedures and execute tasks assigned by Team Leader
- Must comply with ALL Company code of conduct, safety and procedural rules and regulations
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- A High School Diploma or GED Preferred
- Tasks require standing and walking 100% of the time; lifting, reaching, and repetitive motion
- Tasks require use of hand tools and power tools
- Tasks require clear close vision for inspection of parts
- Tasks require lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Must work in a safe and reliable manner.
