We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA/BCaBA , you will work in a in-person position, combining visits to clients in their homes with remote work from your home. One to two years of supervisory experience is preferred.The BCBA/BCaBA is responsible for providing accurate behavioral assessments, development of individualized behavior programs, and implementation of programs to individuals with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities and/or mental illness diagnoses. Typical responsibilities include completing functional assessments, developing behavior support plans, training and participating in dynamic service teams. This position is flexible in scheduling and provides opportunities to work in a wide array of environments. Therefore, a professional attitude, approach to daily work and overall appearance are essential.

  • BCBA Master's degree in related human services field.

Must be a Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (or able to obtain licensure upon employment)

  • BCaBA Bachelor's degree in related human services field.

Must be a Licensed Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in the state of Virginia (or able to obtain licensure upon employment)
