Your role will be that of an MS Dynamics 365 Platform engineer working in an Agile environment. As a Microsoft Dynamics practice team member, you will be responsible for creating and implementing MS Platform solutions. You will lead discussions and draw out functional requirements from business subject matter experts. Some of our many solutions include CRM sales and servicing functions. The ideal candidate will work as part of a collaborative team, communicate well, and is interested in continuous growth, learning and improvement.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain, manage, and design MS Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
- Customize and optimize CRM SQL Server database applications to support business functions.
- Provide front-end Dynamics CRM development capabilities.
- Extensive experience and knowledge in designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting software in a variety of programming languages.
- Knowledge of the latest programming languages and techniques and extensive experience in creating strategies for developing IT systems and applications
- Experience in evaluating alternative approaches and selecting optimal approaches.
- Assist with unit, integration, and user acceptance testing before production deployment.
- Mentor/Lead more junior developers to higher skill levels and performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage (experience migrating Dynamics and USD configs from environment to environment would be awesome)
- Demonstrated experience in C# .NET Framework
- Experience with ATDD/BDD (Gherkin syntax with SpecFlow in Visual Studio = bonus points)
- Experience and or familiarity with some of the following: HTML, CSS, XML/XSLT, JavaScript, JQuery, and AngularJS
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Dynamics CRM design development experience
- Experience working with Azure DevOps
- Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline is required)
