Job Description
Job Purpose:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glass, silverware, cooking utensils etc. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is a clean and sanitary facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils.
Carry clean dishes to designated areas, organizing appropriately
Change dishwater as needed
Wash pots and pans by hand
Set up or breakdown dish area
Sweep and mop floors in back of house area
Requirements:
Experience: Previous dishwashing experience a plus
Physical: Able to lift at least 30lbs
