Job Description
The Law Offices of Hassan, Hassan & Tuchman, PA hiring a paralegal or legal assistant to assist its worker's compensation practice. Hassan, Hassan & Tuchman, PA is an established client-focused personal injury practice in the historic Bolton Hill neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland near the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall, the Lyric Opera House, State Center, and the Fifth Regiment Armory.
The ideal candidate will have experience completing worker's compensation client intakes, filing worker's compensation claim forms, coordinating independent examinations, filing issues, filing appeals, preparing exhibits for hearings at the worker's compensation commission and providing updates to clients on the status of their claims.
