Golf Supervisor/Pro Shop Attendant

Golf Supervisor/Pro Shop Attendant:

We are looking for an aspiring golf professional who will assist the Head Golf Professional in the management of day-to-day operations at our facility. The position is responsible to assist in supervising and managing the entire golf operation in conjunction with the Head Golf Professional and in his absence. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in all of the workings of a golf department.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing the operation, including supervising outside services, starters, and rangers.
• Assist in clinics, lessons, player development, club repair, and tournament operations.
• Manage tournament operations and weekly events such as pre-tournament preparation, scoring, course set-up, and all steps needed to provide an extraordinary event.
• Help with member/customer check in.
• Control and manage play and pace of play.
• Help with opening and/or closing procedures.
• Help in managing club storage, golf shop, practice facility, and cart fleet.
• Assist in coordinating day to day tasks and operations.
