Qualifications and Duties
- Extensive knowledge of wines and champagnes, and bottle service protocol along with the appropriate etiquette
- Having an existing VIP client data base is preferred
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Great attitude and customer service, must love the hospitality business
- Must be able to adhere to strict Sequence of Service Standards and Policies
- Understand wants and needs of a diverse VIP guest
- Work well under pressure and possess high concentration skills
- Maintain high hospitality standards at a VIP level under high volume environments
- Must be able to work weekend/ holiday shifts
- Follow all cash and credit card handling policies
- Enthusiastically describe (and up-sell) all beverage offerings, menu items, and specials:
- Detect and act upon customer inebriation as trained.
- Check customers for proper identification prior to serving alcoholic beverages.
- Complete all assigned cleaning / side-work duties.
