Job Description:
As a Cashier at Dylan's, you will play a vital role in providing our customers with a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Accurately handling cash, credit card transactions, and providing change.
- Taking customers' orders and relaying them to the kitchen staff.
- Ensuring order accuracy and timely service.
- Answering customer inquiries and providing menu information.
- Maintaining a clean and organized cashier station.
- Collaborating with our team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Assisting with any other tasks as needed to support restaurant operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Friendly and approachable personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle cash accurately.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Weekend availability is a must (Saturday and Sunday).
- A passion for providing exceptional service to customers.
- Must be aged 16+.
