Salary Hiring Range: $83,000-100,000 annually (paid bi-weekly)

NOTE: Competitive salary commensurate with experience

Career Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with excellent Generalist skills to join our team. As HR Manager, you will possess a unique ability to lean into and manage multiple competing responsibilities, with grace, thoughtfulness, enthusiasm and a results-driven mind set. You will be empowered to manage and accomplish day-to-day HR activities, and contribute to the development and implementation of various HR strategies and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience working either as a solo practitioner (in a start-up company or the like), and / or working collaboratively with colleagues in HR and throughout the organization to deliver forward-thinking HR solutions, promote employee engagement, and foster a positive hybrid work environment. As HR Manager, you will have responsibilities across several HR functional areas that at minimum will include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations and more. No day will be the same!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives in various HR functional areas
  • Partner with various department managers to address HR-related issues and provide guidance
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Participate in the development and implementation of training and development programs
  • Foster employee engagement in a hybrid work environment
  • Collect HR data and analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred
  • Experience working with HR technology platforms; ADP practitioner experience preferred
