Intern - Bilingual in Chinese and English

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement
• Ability to work successfully, in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment is necessary
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
• Strong creativity and brainstorming skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Video editing skills
• Able to make marketing posters
• Mandarin speaking and writing is required
• Able to conduct basic data analysis

Responsibilities

• The Intern will perform a variety of tasks dependent upon the team they support
• This person will coordinate details, execute projects, and work cross-functionally with other teams 
• Assist in writing and editing marketing material including brochures, blogs, newspaper, social media post ( facebook, linkedin, instragram, Google) 
• Manage day-to-day information exchange and internal resources. 
• Assist in marketing analysis and research
• Assist in development and implementation of marketing plans
• Administrative work
• Assist in on-going projects
• Assist in business development
• Other works assigned by Project Director

This is a paid internship.

Working location is: Rockville, MD

This position reports to Project Director.
