Education/Experience:     

  • Previous customer service experience
  • 1+ years housekeeping experience


Skills/Knowledge/Ability:          

  • Ability to maintain professional communication with guests and all team members at Neroli, IBW, AIM and the corporate office.
  • Specific knowledge about the industry and the types of products and services offered
  • Well-developed customer service skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Self-directed
  • Great time management skills
